Based in Kensington Olympia, Collective Arts Worldwide (CAW) is a fresh and unique addition to the art industry, representing high quality art by using our in-house experts to appraise a growing and diverse portfolio of regional artists.

Our Expansion

Over the past three years, CAW has successfully established itself in Eastern Europe mainly across Hungary, Bulgaria, Poland and Ukraine, amongst others.  We are now expanding into markets such as the UK, Austria and Russia with future growth to international markets such as the North America, South America,  Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australasia.

Training & Support

·   ·CAW has a created an Art Academy to train our consultants in art history, art business and our comprehensive marketing strategy and sales techniques. This allows you to be confident and competent during the whole sales cycle.
·      We use qualified in-house tutors and experts in the art sector and some of them are artists themselves.
·      Both our members and consultants can login to our website to access their account with full reporting and analytics, and utilise our robust CRM system to manage tasks and schedule.

About You

As a professional CAW consultant, you should possess the following qualities and attributes-

·      Innovative & Dynamic: you should be able to create relevant strategies to develop new business as well as deliver them.

·      Tactful: you should be able to effectively communicate to others of CAW’s product and value offering by using a consultative manner that builds healthy relationships with clients.

·      Pro-Active: you already have or can establish a portfolio of existing clients and identify opportunities for future growth within your community or network of contacts.

Desired Skills & Knowledge

·      Experience of working with a wide range of clients.
·      Ability to work solo or with a team.
·      Good verbal communication and managing internal & external relationships.
·      An understanding of the financial & art markets, trends and current investment options are beneficial, although training is provided.

Our current consultants in Eastern Europe are varied and diverse, ranging from former media sales consultants (who commit full-time) to professional persons such as solicitors and accountants (who make referrals to both their professional and private network of contacts).

The APPLICATION & TRAINING PROCESS

·      You submit an application to CAW
·      CAW will contact successful applicants for an interview (20/30mins at our London office).
·      Successful candidates will be enrolled for training  (two days) at the CAW Academy in London.
